Tiny Cheer Handmade runs small-group sewing classes in Guelph, Ontario, for complete beginners and for people who already sew. Classes cap at four students, so nobody sits waiting for help, and machines, fabric and tools are provided.

We have partnered with Florence + The Makers, a Guelph fabric and sewing supply shop that also prints digital sewing patterns in large format. This fall, we are running our classes from Florence's temporary home on the main floor of Quebec Street Mall.

This fall, we're offering a limited course lineup that includes:

• Beginner Machine Sewing covers the machine from scratch.
• One-day workshops make a tote, a zipper pouch or a set of fabric gift bags.
• Four-week evening courses build a whole garment.
