Book directly though our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once you have completed your online booking, a member from our team will email you at the address you provided with a General Liability and Release Waiver, which must be completed prior to session arrival.

Notice: There are no cancellations. Reservations must be paid in full, and there are no refunds once the booking is confirmed. The Customer
is liable for the full value of the booking.

• Time Slots: Please keep in mind that your set-up and clean-up time must happen within the time you have booked. Do not arrive more than 5 minutes in advance of your booking, as there may be another booking wrapping up immediately prior to yours.
• To keep our studio floors and furniture clean, we ask that you remove your outside shoes when you enter the studio. Clients should be given notice to bring indoor shoes.
• Leave the studio as you found it. Please, clean up after yourself. Move furniture and props back to their original location and place all garbage into garbage can.
• There are security cameras in our main studio area.
• The studio is not soundproof.
• No smoking, no recreational drugs, no alcohol.
• The studio is not responsible for your personal belongings.

You will be asked to reimburse the cost of damages, which may range from $10 - $500+, and is at the discretion of Guelph Studio Space. The credit card on file will be charged for the damaged item, with email notification provided to the name on file for the session booking.

No more than 10 people are permitted in the studio at once.

Pets are not allowed in the studio without the written consent of the studio owner.

Parking is available directly in front of the studio on Suffolk St., or on neighbouring side streets (Park, Glasgow, etc.).
